Missions and Scope:

  • Utilize Intercom and video calls for efficient customer communication, owning issues from start to finish.
  • Become a comprehensive expert on Swapcard's functionalities for all user types and plans.
  • Collaborate with Product teams to identify issues and propose informed solutions based on synthesized customer feedback.

What We Look For:

  • 1-2 years of technical support experience in a troubleshooting environment with a strong customer focus.
  • Solid understanding of tech fundamentals, web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, APIs), and modern tools like Slack and JIRA.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication skills, and excitement for experimenting with workflows and automation to drive efficiency.
