Senior Commercial Contracts Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, negotiate, and execute customer and supplier agreements across the full contract lifecycle.
• Manage negotiations for pharma collaborations, clinical trial services, and data licensing deals.
• Support FDA-cleared device commercialization with regulatory-aware contract terms.

What You'll Bring:

• 5-8+ years of experience negotiating commercial agreements in life sciences or SaaS.
• Deep understanding of data rights, HIPAA, and GDPR in commercial contexts.
• Strong drafting skills and a clear, plain-English negotiation style.

Nice to Have:

• Paralegal certification or contract management credential.
• Experience with CLM tools like Ironclad.
• Familiarity with FDA medical device regulatory considerations.
