Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees task order management for DISA, combining Agile expertise with project management leadership.
- Establishes processes for managing a portfolio in an Agile way and drives strategic adoption of Agile techniques.
- Ensures technical solutions and schedules are implemented timely, enabling stakeholders to find accurate project status.
Required Qualifications:
- Five years of relevant project management experience with progressively higher responsibility.
- Five years of leadership experience in IT and/or consulting fields.
- Demonstrated experience with Agile coaching, advising, workshops, and mentoring.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Project Management or related field.
- Additional Agile certifications (CSM, CSP, SAFe Program Consultant, etc.).
- Experience with DoD or DLA contracting systems and ITIL framework.
