Key Responsibilities:
- Support the development and execution of division strategy and vision.
- Drive successful project execution across all project management disciplines, including schedule, risk, and issue management.
- Provide oversight and coordination across matrixed teams to identify, escalate, and resolve barriers impacting testing initiatives.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Technical, Managerial, Business, or related discipline.
- Minimum of 7+ years’ experience as a Sr. Project Manager supporting federal programs.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting Electronic Health Record Modernization (EHRM) or healthcare IT initiatives.
- Familiarity with VA organizational structures and governance processes.
- Working knowledge of Agile, Scrum, ITIL, or PMBOK frameworks.
