Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive and reactive support to candidates.
- Monitor and manage candidate progression through various systems.
- Proactively re-engage candidates, seek referrals.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Experience in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, or customer support.
- Strong experience building rapport and providing exceptional customer service through phone, text, email, and virtual interactions.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
