Job Description

As an Independent Licensed Sales Agent, you will assist beneficiaries in navigating one of the most important decisions of their lives—choosing the right health insurance coverage. You will listen to their needs, provide expert advice, and guide them in selecting the best options. With partnerships with leading national and regional health insurance companies, you’ll have the tools to help customers find the coverage that best suits their individual needs. eHealth generates inbound telephonic Medicare leads through our robust marketing plans, all of which comply with CMS and TCPA requirements. Occasionally, you may be required to make manual outbound calls to follow up on your own pipelined leads. To be successful in this role you need to have good technological proficiency as the role requires you to navigate between multiple computer applications and screens while on the phone.
