Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of sales executives for a diverse customer group, involving both complex strategic sales and day-to-day transactional business.
  • Actively get involved in key strategic opportunities, coordinate multiple internal parties, and communicate a value proposition to customers and vendors.
  • Build sales strategies, provide individual training, and manage key metrics to ensure the sales team focuses on the best activities for success.

Qualifications:

  • Have 5 plus years of B2B sales and sales management experience, with a bachelor's degree in math, science, business, or engineering preferred.
  • Possess the ability to drive a high-performance sales team, coach junior representatives, and work remotely with multiple operational departments.
  • Demonstrate experience in relationship-solution sales, an understanding of supply chain principles, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce.
