- Ensure guests receive access details before arrival
- Assist guests with property access issues when needed
Property Operations & Oversight:
- Monitor cleaning schedules daily and weekly
- Confirm cleaners arrive on time and complete tasks properly
- Manage inventory and reorder supplies when needed
Coordination & Issue Resolution:
- Process guest resolution claims
- Coordinate with maintenance and vendors
- Review property footage to ensure compliance with house rules
