Job Description
The Solutions Architect plays a critical role on the FireMon Customer Experience team, helping to assess business opportunities and shape strategies to address technical challenges. This role collaborates closely with security architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams within customer organizations to design impactful, results-driven solutions. You will support both Pre-Sale (Buyer’s Journey) and Post-Sale (Customer Journey) phases. Responsibilities include process improvement, thought leadership related to API integration, conducting business process analyses, partnering with users to define problems, developing documentation, reviewing test plans, and serving as a technical resource. Build architecture best practices.
