Engineering Team Leader - Platform Engineering

You Will:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of 8-10 strong systems and backend engineers.
• Own the vision and roadmap for the platform layer of the Bidding Platform.
• Deliver self-service platforms with clear usage contracts for vertical teams.

Desired Experience:

• 2+ years in a technical leadership role with strong background in distributed systems.
• Comprehensive understanding of complex IT systems and performance analysis.
• Experience building platform capabilities as products for other engineering teams.
