Lead and scale the engineering organisation, focusing on people leadership, organisational structure, and predictable delivery.
Own engineering delivery at an organisational level, including capacity planning, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
Directly manage and develop engineering leaders, evolving leadership structures as the organisation grows.

Requirements:

8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including hands-on production web-based systems.
4+ years of engineering leadership experience as Engineering Manager or Head of Engineering.
Demonstrated ownership of people leadership, delivery, capacity planning, and organisational development.
