Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5-8 engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusion.
- Own delivery outcomes, velocity, and operational excellence, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
- Partner with stakeholders to plan roadmaps, manage dependencies, and align with organizational objectives.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, with 8+ years of software engineering experience.
- 2+ years of direct people management, including performance and career development.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevOps practices, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
