What you’ll do:
- Lead and grow a full-stack engineering team building Affirm's direct-to-consumer products for international markets.
- Set a clear technical roadmap and drive cross-functional alignment with product, design, and data science.
- Champion engineering excellence and foster a culture of ownership, curiosity, and impact measurement.
What we look for:
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading engineering teams.
- Proven track record of shipping and scaling consumer-facing products, ideally in fintech.
- Strong cross-functional partner with experience in international or multi-market product development.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base pay range of £142,000 - £190,000 per year, plus equity and monthly stipends.
