About the Role:
- You will be the trusted technical advisor to LanceDB's strategic partner ecosystem, including global SIs and cloud providers.
- Your mission is to enable, empower, and unblock partners to architect, deploy, and scale LanceDB solutions.
What You'll Do:
- Lead technical onboarding, training, and certifications for partner engineers.
- Partner with alliances and field teams to support high-value proofs-of-concept and architectural validations.
- Author partner-facing technical assets like reference architectures, integration guides, and deployment blueprints.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in customer- or partner-facing technical roles, ideally supporting data platforms or distributed systems.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems concepts and container orchestration.
- Strong proficiency in Python and willingness to dive into Rust.
