As a Sales Operations Lead at Timescale, you’ll help architect the future of our go-to-market motion, partnering closely with Sales Leadership, Revenue Operations, and the CRO to shape strategy, drive execution, and maximize impact. This isn’t a role where you manage dashboards or admin tools. We’re looking for a strategic operator: someone who thrives in high-growth environments and understands the nuance of Product-Led Growth (PLG) and consumption-based models. You’ll sit at the heart of the sales team, translating data into action, strategy into process, and blockers into momentum.
Driving operational rigor and accountability in weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales rhythms. Collaborating with Business Insights to interpret data and performance trends, then translating that into tactical improvements and strategic bets. Apply emerging AI technologies to optimize processes and expand your capacity for high-leverage work.
