HR Business Partner

We are seeking an ambitious and proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to provide comprehensive HR support and partnership to our QuoteManage business unit which primarily consists of a remote call center population of approximately 200+ employees.Reporting to the Director of People Operations, this role will serve as a trusted advisor to call center leadership and employees, driving HR initiatives that align with business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the unique needs of a distributed workforce. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, morale, and retention within a remote setting, leveraging technology and creative solutions. Partner with call center leadership to understand business goals and develop HR strategies that support performance, engagement, and retention within a remote environment. Provide expert guidance and coaching to managers on a wide range of HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, talent development, and organizational design. Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and policies.
