Proposal Tools Analyst

The Role:

• You'll document every tool in the proposal estate, including scope, data, users, and logic.
• You'll turn field needs into clear requirements that feed the new single platform.
• You'll define exit criteria and ensure each old tool is retired safely.

What Success Looks Like:

• One requirements catalogue is kept in sync with the prototype.
• Every requirement traces back to field need and the tool it came from.
• The Field Advisory Group signs off on testing before tools are decommissioned.

What You'll Bring:

• Business analysis experience delivering system requirements for business-facing platforms.
• Product management experience as a product owner, collaborating with product owners as a peer.
• Strong elicitation, reverse-engineering, and requirements skills, plus credibility to challenge retirement timing.
