Job Description
The Head of Enablement at Deel will lead the development and continuous improvement of the global go-to-market teams, shaping strategy, direction, and governance, globally. This role involves designing and executing enablement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of our teams and establishing OKRs and KPIs. You'll be leading cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
In this pivotal role, you will be shaping the future of work at an industry-leading organization by creating programs that set teams up for success, worldwide. You'll shape the vision and strategy for the GTM Enablement department, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. This also includes creating and implementing initiatives that enhance the productivity and success of our sales and customer success teams. Data-driven insights will be used to refine and optimize enablement programs, ensuring they drive desired business outcomes.
