Job Description

This role focuses on driving program adoption among companies of all sizes on a global scale.

  • Designs self-service and mid-touch sales funnel to grow SME reach and optimize conversion.
  • Manages a portfolio of high-touch accounts and builds relationships with senior leaders.
  • Leads consultative sales conversations, understanding partner goals and aligning them with Lean In’s programs and initiatives.

This role involves developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies and providing leadership.

  • Manages one Account Manager, and provides coaching support to deliver against annual KPIs.
  • Partners with Marketing on B2B marketing campaigns to drive acquisition and conversion.
  • Forecasts pipeline growth, providing regular reporting to senior leadership.

This role requires specific experiences and skills.

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development across enterprise and SMB markets
  • Consultative selling and relationship management expertise, with success developing long-term client partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial and results-oriented with strong strategic thinking and communication skills
