- Builds master project plans, manages registration, and oversees onsite logistics.
- Measures event ROI and partners with sales to communicate performance to executives.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in B2B SaaS event marketing, with experience leading 500+ attendee events.
- Proven vendor negotiation and budget ownership for $250K+ events.
- Advanced spreadsheet skills and ability to measure business impact.
