Job Description
Seeking a proactive and technically skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join the growing Platform Engineering team. This is a full-time, remote position based in the U.S with priority for candidates in the Denver, CO metro area, offering competitive compensation, benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.), and a flexible work environment. This role is responsible for providing hands-on technical support for internal hardware, software, and network-related issues. You will be the first line of defense for IT support, maintaining operational efficiency.
Responsibilities include providing responsive technical support, configuring and managing corporate devices, administrating core IT systems, managing device lifecycles, supporting remote employees, collaborating with the platform engineering team, documenting procedures, and assisting in onboarding and security initiatives.
