Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute customer expansion and cross-sell marketing strategies aligned with product portfolios.
- Create customer-facing content like case studies and award nominations to drive advocacy.
- Design and run customer events (in-person and virtual) to promote product value and cross-sell opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, PowerBI preferred).
- 5+ years experience in B2B software with customer advocacy scaling.
- Strong collaboration skills across product marketing, sales, and customer success.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $90,800 - $145,250 per year with eligibility for annual bonus.
