Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a customer marketing team of 2, with the opportunity to scale as business needs grow.
  • Lead and execute customer lifecycle marketing programs spanning onboarding, adoption, education, retention and expansion across key customer segments and regions.
  • Manage customer communications including newsletters, product announcements, webinars and educational programming.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS; cybersecurity experience preferred.
  • 2+ years managing programs, projects or people in a marketing capacity.
  • Proven ability to execute measurable customer marketing programs driving adoption, retention, upsell and cross-sell outcomes.

  • Strong analytical skills to translate campaign performance and customer behavior into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, partnering with Customer Success, Sales, Product and Product Marketing.
  • Content and storytelling abilities to drive customer engagement, education and advocacy.
