Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute complex, multi-year sales strategies for high-value accounts in assigned territory.
  • Exceed annual revenue and gross margin targets for both new and existing enterprise-level accounts.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on industry trends, competitive landscape, and Perforce's product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • Expert in MEDDPICC and other advanced sales methodologies.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding quota (top 10% of sales organization).
  • Extensive experience selling to C-level executives in Fortune 500/1000 companies.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base pay range targeted for this role is $175,000 - $185,000 USD, plus Sales Commission Plan.
  • Benefits include medical, dental, vision, retirement benefits, life insurance, wellness programs, and total time off.
