Senior Finance Analyst

Strategic Finance & Business Partnership:

• Translate business and PE value-creation strategies into actionable financial plans and performance targets.
• Build flexible financial models to evaluate strategic choices, risks, and growth opportunities.
• Act as a thought partner to help leaders clarify priorities and align on strategic direction.

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Analysis:

• Lead annual budgeting and monthly forecasts in a PE operating cadence.
• Own and enhance SaaS financial models including ARR, churn, CAC, LTV, and unit economics.
• Develop dashboards to monitor financial and operational KPIs aligned with PE objectives.

SaaS & Multi-Family Industry Economics:

• Partner with Product and Revenue Operations on pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies.
• Evaluate customer segmentation, retention, and lifetime value across multi-family housing portfolios.
• Support deal structuring and revenue recognition considerations.

Operational Excellence & Value Creation:

• Drive financial rigor and scalable processes across the business unit.
• Identify and execute opportunities for margin expansion, cost efficiency, and operational leverage.
• Partner closely with accounting on close processes and financial accuracy.
