As a Support Engineer, you will diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software issues and bugs reported by users or internal teams, ensuring timely, high-quality fixes. You will also participate in on-call rotations, providing technical support during incidents to ensure uptime and reliability. Contributing to the ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of systems and proactively enhancing internal tools to improve operational efficiency will also be crucial.
