Job Description
Lead global strategic account management for high-value biopharma and CDMO customers, aligning cross-functional stakeholders across geographies to drive long-term value creation. Develop and execute global growth strategies in collaboration with regional sales teams, product management, and technical experts—ensuring scalable success and measurable outcomes. Champion Avantor’s unique value proposition, including innovation in custom single-use solutions, GMP chemicals, and services to meet evolving therapeutic manufacturing needs. Engage senior decision-makers and facilitate executive-level discussions that translate customer challenges into tailored solutions and partnership opportunities. Manage complex contract negotiations and multi-year agreements, navigating pricing, rebates, supply commitments, and risk mitigation strategies. Identify and qualify new growth areas, including co-development opportunities, expansion into adjacent workflows, and portfolio adoption acceleration. Serve as a customer advocate internally, ensuring best-in-class service, timely issue resolution, and alignment with long-term customer goals.
