Job Description
Manage the Appraisal Transfer inbox and coordinate all incoming and outgoing appraisal transfer requests. Track, manage, and provide timely updates to lenders and loan staff regarding the status of appraisal transfers. Accurately log all relevant transfer documentation and actions in Encompass. Offer technical assistance and support to internal staff regarding appraisal transfer procedures and inquiries. Communicate effectively and promptly with appraisers, the accounting department, loan staff, and lenders to ensure smooth transfer operations. Execute the appraisal transfer process with a high degree of accuracy, adhering to Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, and VA guidelines. Perform additional duties and support tasks as assigned.
