Lead Customer Advocacy Manager, APJ

About the Role:

• This role celebrates customers and spotlights their achievements, turning GitLab's most successful customers into visible champions.
• You will own the customer advocacy lifecycle and partner closely with APJ sales, marketing, and global teams.

What You'll Do:

• Build and nurture relationships with customer advocates and identify opportunities for references, case studies, events, and executive engagements.
• Define and track program measures including advocacy participation, reference fulfillment, and pipeline influence.
• Tailor engagement to APJ's diverse markets while creating programs that scale with global priorities.

What You'll Bring:

• Experience with customer advocacy, customer marketing, or customer reference programs in enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and the ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Comfort working autonomously and asynchronously in a fully remote environment.
