About the Role:
- Own Jasper's customer story and social-proof engine end to end.
- Run six in-person Customer Advisory Boards a year with practitioners and executives from top accounts.
- Fully remote role with 20-25% travel, reporting to the Senior Director of Customer Evangelism.
What You'll Do:
- Run the customer story pipeline from sourcing through legal and brand approval to publication.
- Co-create content with customers including bylines, webinars, podcasts, and joint sessions.
- Deploy proof into demand across pre-sale and post-sale programs and measure behavior change.
Who You Are:
- 8-12 years in customer marketing, advocacy, or content marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
- Strong editorial instincts and experience running executive-level in-person programs.
- AI-forward operating style with measurement fluency and cross-functional credibility.
