- Own customer success and health for Automotive accounts, driving adoption and mitigating churn.
- Partner with customers to maximize platform value and achieve business goals.
- Spot upsell/cross-sell opportunities and secure renewals.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in customer-facing roles, preferably SaaS.
- AI knowledge, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Empathetic, results-driven, and collaborative.
