About the role:
- Own the success of a portfolio of 40-60 mid-market customers as their strategic advisor.
- Partner with Account Management, Technical Support, Product, Solutions, and Engineering to drive value.
- Lead onboarding, monitor customer health, and own escalations end to end.

Compensation & benefits:
- $80,000 USD salary depending on experience.
