What You'll Do:
- Be both highly technical and an effective people manager.
- Lead and develop a team of mobile and backend engineers, including senior technical leaders.
- Partner with Product, Design, Operations, and Engineering to define strategy and drive roadmap creation and execution.
About You:
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including significant experience in technical leadership and people management.
- Experience managing and developing teams of senior engineers and technical leads.
- Strong technical background in mobile, backend, or full-stack product engineering.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience leading teams spanning mobile and backend engineering.
- Experience with Android/iOS development and mobile release processes.
- Experience building internal tools, operational platforms, logistics, or workforce products.
