Engineering Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Work as part of the senior engineering leadership team to help build a quality engineering organisation.
• Assist squad leaders maintain their backlog providing assistance with architecture and stakeholder management.
• Collaborate with engineering practice leads to improve core engineering practices across backend, front end, infrastructure and quality practices.

Skills and Experience:

• Strong technical background in general engineering.
• Demonstrated experience delivering large engineering initiatives across multiple teams.
• Previous team lead experience with strong understanding of modern CD and software operations practices.
