Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Vision and craft digital business solutions for public sector opportunities, focusing on developing a solution vision that meets client requirements and knits together a winning proposition.
- Participate in pre-tender market engagement and present solutions to clients formally in bids and informally in discovery conversations.
- Ensure solutions are properly costed and priced by advising the finance team and working with WFM teams to accurately size and forecast required resources.
Communication and Influence:
- Put complex ideas across simply in written, visual, and verbal forms to effectively communicate solution designs.
- Ensure understanding of current Government policy and compliance requirements, reflecting them in all created solutions.
- Build and maintain effective networks internally and externally to operate effectively in a B2B client/service provider environment.
Solutions Design and Experience:
- Identify client needs and design solutions that address them, incorporating opportunities for transformation through innovation, analytics, and technology.
- Demonstrate knowledge of structuring solutions for customer management services and formal bid procurement processes like RFI, ITT, and RFP.
- Utilize experience in a BPO/BPS environment, particularly with public sector bids, to deliver compliant and risk-assessed solutions through due diligence analysis.
