The Partner Account Manager (PAM) acts as the face of Luna in a region, applying field sales knowledge to complete various tasks. They proactively communicate with potential providers to ensure Luna's success, overseeing multiple markets and focusing on key partners to grow sales, while collaborating with PRM partners. PAMs utilize business development practices to grow the region, manage high-volume partner accounts, and build relationships with physicians through professional communication. They achieve HVA physicians and accounts, encouraging referrals by creating trust in the Luna model and providing excellent customer service. They also analyze regional data, innovate processes to increase patient volume, and collaborate with Luna employees.
