Role Overview:
- Drive growth and develop the Indiana territory through strategic sales plans.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing foundry customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and consistently achieve sales objectives.
Technical Responsibilities:
- Assess customer operations and recommend solutions to improve production performance.
- Deliver product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions.
- Provide timely support and develop value-based proposals and quotations.
Customer Partnership:
- Conduct regular onsite customer visits across the territory.
- Build relationships with plant managers, engineers, and executive decision-makers.
- Manage account activity within CRM and collaborate with internal teams.
