Function as primary customer liaison managing communication between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties.
Oversee customer release management programs including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting.
Support analysis of customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.

Qualifications:

8+ years of experience in IT Project Management with a proven program management track record.
Proven ability to work independently and in teams in a fast-moving environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Project Management Certification preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:

Total compensation range of 240,000 - 380,000 PLN per year, with flexible PTO and company paid holidays.
