Rapid Onboarding: Contact new agency accounts within one business day, audit and optimize settings, lead onboarding calls via Google Meet, and document sessions.
Account Growth: Identify upsell opportunities by auditing GBPs, use templates to showcase improvements, and encourage full rollout.
Support & Collaboration: Serve as primary client contact, escalate technical bugs, and report on expansion and churn risks.

Qualifications:

Client management, communication, and relationship building skills.
Strong understanding of Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
Ability to learn software platforms quickly and explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
Technical requirements include a USB headset, webcam, computer with 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM, and main internet speed of 25 Mbps.
