Accountabilities:
- Administer, maintain, monitor, and continuously improve backup environments using Commvault and NetBackup.
- Ensure availability, integrity, security, and performance of backup infrastructure across critical environments.
- Perform regular restore tests, audits, and support compliance with frameworks like ISO 27001.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years of backup administration experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Commvault and NetBackup, and familiarity with AWS services (RDS, EC2, S3).
- Experience with automation using Python, PowerShell, or Bash, and knowledge of cloud migration and disaster recovery.
