Position Objective:
- Lead the department responsible for EQT's special project case pipeline, the innovation engine that delivers technology and process improvements.
- Manage intake, prioritization, and value realization across a portfolio serving all business departments.
- Build a delivery-minded, high-performing team with a culture of continuous improvement.
Essential Duties:
- Develop and maintain the STAQ strategy, including project prioritization frameworks and portfolio management.
- Own the pipeline end to end: intake, triage, scoping, prioritization, development hand-off, and post-implementation lookback.
- Lead cross-functional governance and architecture quality standards to ensure reliable, fast, and valuable delivery.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of combined experience in technology delivery, business operations, or process improvement, including team leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or quantitative field; experience delivering technology programs from inception to launch.
- Strong understanding of data structures, analytics, solution architecture, and stakeholder management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Salesforce, data tools (Power BI, Databricks), and oil and gas industry operations.
- Familiarity with EQT's operating model and portfolio leadership experience.
