Senior Manager, Software Engineering

Huntress is looking for a Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on endpoint agent health. You will be responsible for helping the team analyze data to develop a full picture of Agent Health. The position involves evolving observability, improving build, installation, testing, and upgrades of endpoints, and defining roadmaps to improve the Partner experience. The role requires coaching and mentoring a team of engineers, strategic hiring, and collaborating with cross-functional partners. Key responsibilities include driving software quality, ensuring code review, and leading engineering initiatives, all while maintaining transparency and integrity.
