Engineering Manager - Revenue Management Azure

The Opportunity:

• This is a hands-on, player-coach leadership role embedded with the team for daily standup, code review, and delivery planning.
• You own both the team's output and its growth, leading by example with current technical skills.
• Work AI-augmented and push the team's craft forward with every new capability.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers, owning delivery and professional development through regular 1:1s, growth plans, and candid feedback.
• Write and review code, drive architectural decisions, and uphold engineering standards.
• Own the team's commitments, run a disciplined planning cadence, and partner with product on scope and sequencing.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of engineering experience, including 4+ years in engineering management roles with active coding.
• Hands-on experience building cloud-based SaaS products, especially on Azure, with FinOps background.
• Deep technical fluency in the team's primary stack and strong opinions on high-performing engineering teams.
