About Sword:

The Role:
- You'll act as the right hand of the Managing Director Germany, driving cross-functional projects from idea to execution across B2B2C and B2C channels.
- You'll run the operating rhythm, build key analyses, and take on leadership responsibility quickly.
What You'll Do:
- Lead strategic projects end to end, optimizing sales and partnership channels and driving growth.
- Run weekly business reviews and reporting to Sword leadership, and be the interface to global functions.
- Build business cases on channel economics, CAC, and market sizing, and handle high-priority operational topics.
What You Need to Have:
- 2-4 years in strategy consulting, ideally at a top firm, with strong Excel and executive communication skills.
- Hands-on execution mindset and fluency in German and English; healthcare knowledge is a plus.
