Corporate Counsel

In this role, you’ll serve as corporate counsel, partnering with cross functional teams and key stakeholders such as Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Equity, Treasury-Finance and Workplace to support a broad range of strategic transactions, corporate governance and other corporate matters. Responsibilities include evaluating, structuring, negotiating, drafting and providing advice on venture investments, mergers and acquisitions and other corporate development transactions. You'll assist and partner with cross-functional legal teams on transaction diligence and integration. Further, you will partner to lead cross-functional teams and manage outside counsel to complete transactions, provide legal support and advice on employee equity matters, investor matters and real estate transactions, and assist with other corporate matters, including corporate governance, company liquidity management and other strategic matters.
