Job Description
Seeking new customers by actively approaching potential customers via telephone, online, or on-site in NRW, and building new contacts this way. Identifying customer needs & providing advice by finding out what customers really need in conversations and presenting suitable solutions. Pitching & presenting, whether it's a product demo or sales presentationβ displaying what our product can do. Closing deals by supporting the entire sales process from offer creation to negotiations to successful completion.
Nurturing long-term relationships, identifying cross- and upselling potential, and remaining the primary point of contact even after the first deal is closed. Managing sales pipelines in the CRM (Zoho), keeping targets in view and working closely with marketing, product management and support. Participate in trade fairs and hold workshops with partners.
