Product, Systems and Operations Trainer

Through proactive collaboration, innovative training solutions, and a commitment to service standards, the Product, Systems and Operations Trainer plays a vital role in enabling a knowledgeable, cohesive, and resilient workforce. Key responsibilities will include: Work closely with global L&D to design and implement structured training programs on core operational processes and tools to enhance team performance. Create, maintain, and update operational manuals and job aids to ensure accessible and accurate reference materials. Manage and execute a comprehensive operational onboarding program that equips new hires with essential operational knowledge and skills. Facilitate training sessions on key operational tools and systems, ensuring team members are proficient and confident in their use. Conduct training evaluations to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement within the operations team. Prepare reports on program effectiveness, knowledge retention, and training outcomes. Manage training schedule and logistics as required.
