Director, Security and Risk Services

The Team:

• Security and Risk Services team empowers enterprises to build resilience and strengthen their operational and security posture.
• They partner closely with customers to drive security adoption, risk mitigation, compliance excellence, and demonstrable business value.

The Role:

• Lead services delivery execution for Security and Risk customers across the US and Canada.
• Manage senior-level technical consultants and Business Process Consultants to deliver transformative solutions.
• Drive key strategic initiatives to expand the ServiceNow Security and Risk footprint.

What you'll do:

• Provide strategic leadership and security innovation, managing delivery execution and partnering with Acceleration & Modernization teams.
• Ensure customer success and delivery excellence, building executive relationships and monitoring key metrics.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Partner organizations.
