Team Leadership:
- Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team of GSI Partner Managers.
- Coach and mentor on partnership strategy, pipeline generation, and revenue acceleration.
Strategic Development:
- Develop overall GSI partner strategy aligned with company growth objectives.
- Build joint business plans and measure performance regularly for mutual success.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Serve as Executive Sponsor and primary escalation point for partnership matters.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure coordinated execution.
Performance Management:
- Participate in Partner QBRs and drive performance improvements.
- Report status through regular executive-level QBR cadence.
