Job Description
In this role, you will:
- Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across Engineering.
- Own the candidate experience from first engagement through to the interview stage, delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround.
- Source technical talent through creative outreach, events, and passive campaigns.
You'll also:
- Serve as a strategic thought partner to the business by coaching hiring managers & interviewers on best practices.
- Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity.
- Strategize different ways to enhance our employer brand by building diverse talent pipelines.
This role requires someone who has:
- Minimum 7+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, high-tech startup environment.
- Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets.
- Ability to manage a full-cycle recruiting process in an efficient and effective manner.
